OPTION 2 ($151)    LIMITED DIAGNOSTIC CONSULTATION (EXTRACTIONS ONLY)                 

This consultation is for a problem focused visit.  Perhaps you have a toothache or a broken tooth you would like to have extracted.  You are not interested in replacing your teeth or in preventive care---regular dental cleanings & check ups to help identify problems before they become a real problem.   Basically---You just want the pain to go away!

We can help!  You will recieve a Full Mouth X-Ray, A Problem Focused Doctor's Exam, any Prescriptions you may need to take care of your immediate problem & if applicable, any recommended referrals.

If possible, we will extract your tooth on the same day or set up an appointment to have the procedure done once the medications have taken effect.  The fee for this consultation is $151.  Any extraction procedures will be at an additional fee which will be disclosed to you prior to the procedure being performed.
